Local authorities in Australasia, Norway or the USA and Canada may charge import duty, which must be paid before delivery. Before your order can be delivered your customs authority will contact you if duty is payable. For specific charges please contact your local customs authority.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the condition supplied within 7 working days of receipt together with your order summary or receipt to our Head Office Address and we will exchange or refund the item.
A full refund will be made less the initial postage fee. Please be aware, returned packages remain your responsibility until they reach us so always retain proof of postage.
You will be required to pay for the return postage of any items to Hempleman Collection. Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. We cannot refund any money without this and if we do not receive the returned items.
We endeavour to process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to 28 days for a refund to be placed on your card.
Sale Returns Policy
We operate a policy of no return or exchange on Sale items.
RETURNING GOODS OF UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR UNFIT FOR PURPOSE
You can return these items to us at our Head Office address.
7 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (EU ONLY)
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our Returns policy.
